Pricing

Straightforward, quote-first pricing.

Residential roof scans are $300, anywhere in the Valley. Everything else — arrays, substations, commercial and industrial sites — is scoped first and quoted as one fixed number you can plan around. The number we quote is the number you pay.

A single-family roof scan is one simple flat rate. Everything else — commercial roofs, solar arrays, electrical, industrial — gets one fixed quote. Tell us about your site and we’ll put a real number on it.

Quoted jobs are fixed before we fly. Site size, panel count, report depth, and travel within the RGV all factor into the quote — but once you have the number, that’s the number.

How it works

Three steps from question to quote to report.

  1. Tell us about the site

A few details are all we need: where it is, roughly how big, and what you’re worried about — moisture, hotspots, lost production, or something else.

  2. Get a fixed quote

We scope the flight and send a flat, fixed quote — usually within 1 business day. No hourly meters, no surprise line items.

  3. We fly and deliver

We fly at the right time of day for thermal contrast, review every anomaly, and deliver a report your contractor or facilities team can act on.

FAQ

Pricing and logistics, answered.

What’s the typical turnaround?

Quotes typically go out within 1 business day of hearing about your site. Once we fly, most reports are delivered within a few business days — and commercial packages can include priority turnaround. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we’ll confirm it in the quote.

What’s in a report?

Every report pairs radiometric thermal imagery — a calibrated temperature at every pixel — with high-resolution visual photos of the same spot, so each finding carries documentable evidence. Anomalies are reviewed, temperature-verified, and located precisely, then summarized in plain English with recommended next steps your contractor, insurer, or facilities team can act on.

How long do you keep my report and data?

Seven years. Every report and the radiometric data behind it stays in our archive for compliance, so if an insurance claim, warranty dispute, or property sale surfaces down the road, your documentation — with its calibrated temperature readings and timestamps — is ready when you need it.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

We reschedule — and good data is worth the wait. We plan flights around precipitation for both safety and data quality, and moderate wind is workable; beyond that, or when conditions would compromise thermal contrast, we’ll work with you to pick a better window at no extra cost.

What’s your service area? Do you charge for travel?

We fly throughout the Rio Grande Valley: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, San Juan, Weslaco, Mercedes, Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville, Rio Grande City, South Padre Island, and Starbase. Travel within the RGV is factored into your fixed quote — there’s no separate mileage surprise. Outside the Valley? Ask — we travel.

Do I need to be on site during the flight?

Usually not. As long as we have permission and access arranged ahead of time, our crew can handle the flight without anyone on site. Some clients like to be there for the first visit — you’re always welcome — but it’s not required, and findings are delivered in the report either way.

Are you licensed to fly commercially?

Yes — commercial drone operations in the U.S. require an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, and our flights are conducted under Part 107 rules, including airspace authorization where required.
