Service 01

Roof Moisture Surveys

Water that gets under a roof membrane doesn’t announce itself — it soaks the insulation and spreads quietly until the ceiling stains appear. After sunset, wet insulation releases the day’s heat more slowly than dry material, and a radiometric thermal scan maps exactly where the moisture sits. Residential or commercial, no core samples, no destructive testing — repair the wet sections instead of replacing the whole roof.

Service 02

Electrical & Substation Thermography

Electrical failures rarely come out of nowhere — a loose or corroded connection runs hot under load long before it fails. We scan energized equipment from a safe standoff distance while it carries normal load, using long-range zoom optics and a laser rangefinder to document anomalies without an outage, a ladder, or anyone inside the approach boundary.

What we inspect

  • Substations: transformers, bushings, switchgear, and bus connections
  • Distribution equipment, lines, and pole-top hardware
  • Splices, lugs, terminations, and other bolted or crimped connections
  • Facility electrical infrastructure under normal operating load

What thermal reveals

  • Load-based hotspots at loose, corroded, or failing connections
  • Temperature differences between phases that point to imbalance or overload
  • Components trending hotter than identical neighbors under the same load
  • Developing faults caught while a planned repair is still an option

Building Envelope & Energy Audits

In the Valley’s heat, every gap in a building’s envelope is money leaking out through the AC bill. A whole-building thermal scan shows where conditioned air escapes and outside heat pours in — turning a vague “this building runs hot” into a specific list of fixable defects.

What we inspect

  • Exterior walls, roofs, and attic planes — residential and commercial
  • Window and door perimeters, frames, and seals
  • Ductwork routes and HVAC equipment connections
  • Additions, remodels, and new construction — scanned before drywall goes up, heading off sign-off disputes

What thermal reveals

  • Insulation voids, settled batts, and missed bays inside finished walls
  • Air leakage paths around penetrations, plates, and framing joints
  • HVAC and duct losses dumping conditioned air where it doesn’t belong
  • Failed window and door sealing, and thermal bridging through the structure

Service 04

Solar Panel Inspections

A failing cell looks identical to a healthy one in visible light — but in infrared it glows. One flight sweeps an entire PV array and grades it panel by panel, catching production losses that inverter data alone can’t localize. Ideal at commissioning, before a warranty window closes, or any time output dips below expectations.

What we inspect

  • Rooftop arrays — residential and commercial
  • Ground-mount and carport installations
  • New systems at commissioning, before final sign-off
  • Underperforming arrays where warranty claims need documented evidence

What thermal reveals

  • Hotspots and overheating cells before they damage the module
  • Cell and string failures — including whole strings sitting offline
  • Bypass diode faults with their telltale one-third-panel signature
  • Soiling and shading patterns, distinguished from genuine hardware defects

What you get: a panel-level anomaly report — each finding classified, temperature-verified, paired with a zoomed visual photo, and located on an array layout so your installer or O&M team knows exactly which modules to pull.
